Temperature and pH questions in CB1f require students to explain enzyme behaviour at a mechanistic level - not just describe trends.

The Topic Mastery Sheet builds this explanation from bond-breaking upwards: why heating breaks bonds, why this changes the active site shape, and why this effect is permanent. The same logical structure is applied to pH. Bile is covered with full emphasis on the emulsification mechanism and its effect on lipase efficiency.
