In this activity, students will examine the lives of women and girls in the Aztec Empire, exploring their roles across domestic, economic, religious, and military spheres of Aztec society. They will also investigate how the Spanish Conquest disrupted these established roles and consider the ways in which Aztec women worked to preserve their culture in the face of colonial domination.

It has 9 questions for students to answer, as well as a paragraph response section for them to demonstrate their understanding of the topic.
