This fully resourced unit covers the full spectrum of coastal geography, from processes and landforms to management and sustainability. Students will explore concordant and discordant coastlines, investigate erosion, deposition, and transportation, and examine real-world case studies like Swanage and Lyme Regis. The unit includes engaging PowerPoints, worksheets, diagrams, videos, interactive activities, and exam-style questions to develop knowledge, application, and evaluation skills. Perfect for ready-to-teach lessons, this package makes learning about coasts engaging, accessible, and exam-focused.

I’m not a geographer, but I’ve recently found out I’ll be teaching a Year 10 geography class, starting with a unit on coasts. This presentation has been a huge time-saver in my preparation. It covers all the key points from the specification, includes questions, and provides model answers. As mentioned in the description, the design is simple, but the content is excellent. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone teaching the topic, especially if you’re looking for something that’s both clear and ready to use.
