Combine dinosaurs, pattern and Pop Art in this fun and accessible KS3 Art activity inspired by Andy Warhol.

Students draw their own dinosaur and decorate it using dots, stripes, zigzags, stars and other patterns. The dinosaur is then repeated using different bold colour combinations to create a colourful Pop Art series.

Students explore repetition, pattern, contrast, flat colour and bold outlines, with an extension encouraging a larger collection of different dinosaurs.

Includes a complete worksheet and separate Student Design Box.

Great for KS3 Art, dinosaur projects, Pop Art, cover lessons and students who enjoy character-based drawing.
