In this activity, students will learn how ancient Egyptians understood their many gods, the roles of major deities, and the importance of temples and priests in everyday religious life. They will also examine Egyptian beliefs about death and judgement, including mummification, the weighing of the heart, and how ideas about the afterlife influenced burial customs and tomb decoration.

It has 12 questions for students to answer, as well as a paragraph response section for them to demonstrate their understanding of the topic.
