An Inspector Calls but with a difference! Students create their own independent writing pieces having studied the play. Students have a choice of activities which are progressively more challenging, but also learn how to use semicolons and colons beforehand to embed into their new writing pieces. An engaging, challenging and differentiated lesson that is useful for both English Literature AND English Language preparation (in terms of descriptive and narrative writing), but particularly useful to use at the end of a unit of work on the play when students are looking for opportunities to use their creativity and show off their writing skills. Recently fully revamped and updated.

Complete 1 hour, well differentiated lessons with worksheet
Suitable for KS4 or can be adapted for KS5
Different level tasks for MA,LA or Core
Designed to fit Ofsted criteria for’ Good’ or above.
