My dear Reader,

This is a formative assessment lesson within the Plains Indians series. It gives students the chance to demonstrate and consolidate their knowledge through structured activities, self-assessment, and feedback, ensuring progress before moving forward in the unit.

Learning Objectives:
LO 1: To recall key features of Plains Indian lifestyle.
LO 2: To explain the importance of buffalo, tipis, and spiritual beliefs.
LO 3: To evaluate how conflict and government policy changed their way of life.

This assessment works well as a standalone assessment or as consolidation after the Plains Indians case study.
