Adolescence PSHE – Lesson 11: He Was Just In His Room

In this KS4 PSHE lesson, students reflect on family, emotion and responsibility through Adolescence, Episode 4, Part 1.
Titled He Was Just In His Room, this session explores how families respond to change, pressure and emotional strain, helping students understand how communication and awareness can prevent harm.

Through reflective discussion, students explore themes of family connection, understanding and empathy while developing emotional literacy and resilience.
