Teaching children kindness helps to foster empathy and boosts mental well-being by releasing all those ‘feel good’ chemicals. Other key benefits include:

improves self-esteem
reduces stress
increases resilience
builds stronger social connections
helps to develop emotional intelligent
lowers stress.

The worksheets were designed to be fun, where children can choose a task a day (or more). Discuss how it feels to be kind and the impact on others when random acts of kindness are done. The sheets can then be completed with a smiley face.

Colouring in worksheets are included along with kindness paper chains, which make great visuals to hang up.
