Zoe Enser

Zoe Enser is the school improvement lead for a trust in the North West of England. 

She is a former inspector and national lead for secondary English and drama at Ofsted, where she worked within the curriculum unit. A form school leader and local authority adviser, Zoe has played a key role in supporting schools to develop evidence-informed practice. She has also worked with research schools and contributed to the development of the national professional qualifications for school leaders.

Zoe is the author of several books on education, including Bringing Forth the Bard, Generative Learning in Action and The CPD Curriculum, and is currently studying for a second MA in English.
