As temperatures soared across the UK this week, and some celebrated the start of the Easter holidays, activity over on FE twitter didn’t slow down.
We launched our competition (with some incredible responses). Staff and students at walked an incredible 1,016 miles, celebrated Hola Mohalla and showed its appreciation for key workers with a discount at its salon.

Congrats to all the students & staff who took part in the RuTC Steps Challenge! Our aim was to walk from the College to Land’s End until Easter using a step app, but in total participants covered a staggering 1016 miles, further than to Barcelona!

Hola Mohalla is a 3 day Sikh festival where people watch and partake in mock battles and parades.
This is normally followed by poetry readings and music.
