Serlby Park Academy are looking to appoint a Science Technician to join our academy in November 2026 on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your new role

Support teaching and learning by ensuring equipment and resources are prepared and in good working order to facilitate effective lessons on a daily basis.

Salary:  Grade D Points 6 - 8 (£25,989 - £26,824 Full Time Equivalent).  The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £21,876.97.

Hours:  37 hours per week / Term Time only (38 weeks)

Holiday Entitlement: minimum 35 days (subject to pro rata if working part-time and dependent upon salary and continuous service) including statutory Bank Holidays.

Serlby Park Academy is a 3-16 all through school located in Bircotes and Harworth, a small village within easy access of the A1. Children aged 3 – 16 learn together in one purpose built building with brand new facilities.
