Job Description:
As a Science Teacher at Trident Alternative Provision, you will deliver engaging and effective Biology lessons tailored to meet the needs of Key Stage 4 students. You will play an important role in supporting student progress, fostering curiosity about science, and contributing positively to their educational journey.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong interest or background in Biology or general science.
- Ability to communicate scientific concepts clearly and effectively.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to plan lessons that engage diverse learners.
- Willingness to learn and develop teaching skills through training and professional development.
- Basic IT skills for lesson preparation and use of educational resources.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Biology or related subject are desirable but not essential.
