We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional HR Administrator to join our People Team, providing high-quality HR support within one of our schools.
You'll play a vital role in supporting colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle, coordinating recruitment administration, maintaining workforce records, processing payroll changes and ensuring our safer recruitment and compliance processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with the HR Operations Manager and Trust Recruitment Lead, you'll help ensure our HR service is responsive, professional and centred on providing an excellent experience for colleagues.
We're looking for someone who:
