We're looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional HR Administrator to join our People Team, providing high-quality HR support within one of our schools.

You'll play a vital role in supporting colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle, coordinating recruitment administration, maintaining workforce records, processing payroll changes and ensuring our safer recruitment and compliance processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with the HR Operations Manager and Trust Recruitment Lead, you'll help ensure our HR service is responsive, professional and centred on providing an excellent experience for colleagues.

We're looking for someone who:

  • understands the importance of confidentiality;

  • enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service;

Whalley Range 11-18 High School is an all girls’ secondary school with a sixth form in Manchester. The school is part of the Greater Manchester Education Trust along with Levenshulme High School, The East Manchester Academy and Parrswood High School.
