Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary/Primary Education or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience at the elementary level
- Strong knowledge of the Common Core curriculum standards
- Ability to create lesson plans that engage young learners and promote critical thinking skills
- Excellent classroom management skills with a focus on positive reinforcement
- Effective communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools is an advantage

The Universal American School, Kuwait (UAS) is a private nonprofit co-educational college-preparatory school serving multinational students from KG to Grade 12.
