The Alumni Events and Engagement Manager will rebuild and grow an active Old Rishworthian (OR) community by leading proactive alumni engagement and strengthening relationships with the School. The role combines outreach, digital engagement, content and events to reconnect alumni and create a strong sense of belonging.

You would be joining an energetic and friendly staff, dedicated to ensuring all children fulfil their potential. A willingness to participate in the wider life of the school is essential. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Rishworth School is a mixed, non-denominational, all-through independent day and boarding school situated in Rishworth, West Yorkshire. The school has a Christian ethos but welcomes students from all faiths. There are approximately 450 pupils at Rishworth, between the ages of 3-19.

Rishworth School was established in 1724 by John Wheelwright in a small building, now used as the school’s chapel. The junior school, Heathfield opened in 1951. The school is set around 130 acres of parkland. It is a founder member of the Society of Headmasters for Independent Schools (SHMIS). Rishworth and Heathfield both offer an extensive range of learning facilities and share a swimming pool, performing arts centre and playing fields.
