I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with your purchase. I feel the guides are of good value and high quality. 3 guides for £10 is a good price, the print screens are a good size and quite clear and the only explanation I can give in terms of them being too small is possibly a conversion issue with google docs? Most of my resources are made on word and when I convert a word doc (that contains images) to google docs the images are distorted and look tiny. If that is the case then save them as a PDF and it should work fine on google classrooms. If there is report form or request for refund form with TES please feel free to do so.
