This is designed to be used as a plenary for an A level maths lesson on adding and subtracting surds. This could also be used with an able GCSE maths class. There are three copies of the exit ticket on a page. There is space for students to write on the sheet next to the question, as well as a learning outcome feedback grid for the teacher to complete and space to write a next step question.
