Complete WJEC Entry Pathways Environmental Awareness (6102/E2) workbook, designed to support learners working at Entry 2.

This ready-to-use 40-page resource covers the full unit and provides accessible teaching content, structured learner activities and opportunities to collect clear assessment evidence.

The workbook covers:

AC1.1 Identify a human behaviour which harms the environment
AC1.2 Identify a human behaviour which helps the environment
AC2.1 Identify an environmental issue which is relevant to their life
AC2.2 Say how this issue affects their life
AC3.1 Agree with an appropriate person an activity they can participate in to help the environment
AC3.2 Participate in a given activity to help the environment

Learners explore key areas of environmental awareness including human behaviours that help and harm the environment, litter, pollution, recycling and waste, transport and traffic, saving energy and water, protecting nature and environmental issues within their local area.

Activities include help-or-harm tasks, litter detective activities, pollution matching, recycling and waste sorting, energy-saving challenges, transport activities, local-environment investigations, environmental problem scenarios and identifying an environmental issue that is relevant to the learner’s own life.

Learners then choose an environmental mission, agree an appropriate activity with an adult, plan what they will do and take part in real environmental action. Participation can be recorded through written reflection, photographs, before-and-after evidence and adult confirmation.

The workbook also includes:

WJEC-style assessment record
clear AC codes throughout
photorealistic visual activities
local environment investigations
practical activity planning
photo / work evidence space
learner reflection
adult witness confirmation

Ideal for:

SEND • SEMH • Alternative Provision • FE • Entry Pathways • Life Skills • Personal Development • Environmental Awareness

Units must be selected according to WJEC's rules of combination and the units permitted within each qualification pathway.
