This template is for Senior leaders

It is a simple excel document which you can use to track teaching over time (using inadequate/ requires improvement/ good/ outstanding - or adapt with own words).

I used it to amalgamate judgements over all areas to get a broad idea of where a teacher was overall and then to track progress.
