This minibeast phonics activity can be used in continuous provision alongside minibeast‑themed picture books such as Superworm. It supports EYFS Literacy ELGs & KS1 objectives by encouraging reading and writing of phonetically decodable words (containing some digraphs).

This activity develops segmenting, blending, letter formation and fine-motor pencil skills. Ideal for group tasks, morning work or independent learning.
