I use these with Grades 3-5 (Years 4-6). Could be used further up the school if that is when you start gymnastics.

3 Different assessments to offer continuity and progression through the Key Stage.

The cards are used towards the end of the unit, after working on stepping, rolling, sliding and jumping actions. Students compose their own (G3), partner (G4) and partner or small groups using some partner and counter balances (G5).

The task cards work great as a visual and also a reminder of the success criteria.
