In this activity, students will examine the different types of warriors that made up a medieval army and explore how each type contributed to the overall tactics and outcomes of battle. They will also investigate the brutal physical and psychological experience of fighting in a medieval battle, from the tension of the preparations beforehand to the grim aftermath when the fighting was done.

It has 12 questions for students to answer, as well as a paragraph response section for them to demonstrate their understanding of the topic.
