5th Grade Reading and Writing Decimals.

LEQ: How can we use place value to read and write decimals to the tenths, hundredths, and thousandths place in word form?

I can read and write a decimal number correctly by saying “and” for the decimal point.
I can identify the place value of any digit up to the thousandths place.
