Homework tasks for English KS3, in preparation for AQA English Language Paper 2 Section A. Students are provided with six weeks’ worth of homework and given a choice of three differentiated task for each week. Topics included are: summaries, speech openers, comparing non-fiction texts, language analysis, inference and implication and more.

Students explore non-fiction texts and use their new knowledge to analyse specfic examples. Useful preparation for both Section A and Question 5 of GCSE English Language exams, but designed for KS3 students. Includes relevant sources as well.
